Mixed Hockey

Vets mixed hockey is one of the newest vet teams but it lacks in neither ability or enthusiasm. We have two teams which vary in standard from those who have never held a hockey stick before coming to Liverpool to those rallying for a place in the university first team! We are lucky enough that those more experienced players can help to pass on their knowledge of the great game to anyone who has the inclination to put their mind to it! Resulting in two teams giving it their all on the pitch, week after week. This year we managed to get a group of us to Nottingham where we enjoyed a highly competitive match and brilliant night out!
